The waymark stones
Your child’s study week, as a summary: Aysel for parents
Aysel for parents shows how your child’s study week is going in a weekly summary, without opening their conversations. You link your accounts with a 6-digit code, and you both see the same summary.
What you see as a parent
The week in numbers
Focus minutes, study days and the streak, how many of the week’s plan tasks are done, and upcoming and held lessons. You see the counts, never the tasks’ titles.
Topics that need work
Up to five topics your child finds hard, named by their curriculum title, so you know where support helps.
Ideas for this week
Ask for two or three short ideas for supporting your child. They are written from the summary’s numbers and topic names only, and your child sees the same ideas.
A teacher for the right topic
From the summary you open teachers matching your child’s level and weakest subject; you see options when a suitable verified tutor is available. Your child sends the lesson request.
Link your child’s account
You need an Aysel account; your child links from their own account with the code.
How it works
Sign up, ask for a code
You both have an Aysel account. Either of you opens Family links and asks for a 6-digit code, with the name the other will see. The code works once and for 72 hours.
Enter it on the other account
The other person enters the code with their own name and agrees to what is shared.
Confirm
Whoever asked for the code sees the name and confirms. Only then is the link active, and either of you can end it at any time.
What stays private
- Your child’s conversations with Aysel, question photos and answers never reach you.
- You see counts and curriculum topic names only, not the titles of plan tasks or anything your child typed.
- Your child sees exactly the same summary page you see.
- Your child can end the link at any time; you are notified when it ends.
Frequently asked questions
- What does my child see?
- Who is linked to their account, and exactly the same summary page you see, including the ideas you asked for.
- Do I need a paid plan?
- No. Linking and the weekly summary need no paid plan. Asking for new ideas counts toward your account’s usage limits.
- When is the summary updated?
- The page always shows the current week. On Sundays you get a notice that the week’s summary is ready.
